Timber House parties was created to fill a needed void in the Lifestyle within the Indy area. Our house is setup to host private parties of up to 80 cpls. Our avg party has been around 70 cpls. We post this party on many different sites.
Our home is modern and newly remodeled inside and out.
A little over a 1/2 mile from the road we have a private setting on 30 acres of heavily wooded land in northern Hamilton CO. Offering Ample parking, large mirrored dance floor, modern lighting, private as well as group play rooms, fire pit with screened in patio. Our home has been transformed into something different than a club or a just a regular house party. Everyone will feel welcome and comfortable.
We host parties on Saturday nights for couples and single ladies only. No single guys alone looking for action. All those who attend must be invited.
About us, We are Chris and Susan. We have been in the lifestyle for over 10 yrs, visiting clubs all over the USA. Like most people we have found some great clubs and some not so great clubs. Many clubs were nice for the first few years they were open but for many reasons they just never updated them.
We have done work for many clubs building new attractions for them. Now we figure it’s our time to do the same for ourselves as well as the Indy area.
